Biomat’s Goat Anti-Human IgA Plates are ideal to determine the presence and concentration of human IgA immunoglobulins in biological fluids, such as plasma and serum, tissue lysate, cerebral spinal fluid, saliva, urine, cell culture supernatant. The Goat Anti Human IgA plates are coated with goat Anti Human IgA α chain. These plates are an ideal tool to carry out ELISA assays to determine the presence and concentration of human immunoglobulins.
Goat Anti Human IgA Plates are available in clear, white, and black polystyrene in Breakable Strip, Strip and Solid format. They are suitable for ELISA, Luminescence, Fluorescence, and Chemiluminescent assays.
- Goat Anti-Human IgA Surface: Detects immunoglobulin A (IgA) in various biological fluids.
- Low Fluorescence Polystyrene: Manufactured with pure high-quality polystyrene, minimizing background noise and improving optical clarity.
- Wells design: flat bottom.
- Multiple Formats: Available in breakable strip plates, non-breakable strip plates, and solid plates for flexibility in applications.
- Colors: Available in clear, white, and black. Customizable upper rim colors upon request.
- Reduced Crosstalk: White and black plates minimize well-to-well light scatter, improving signal accuracy in luminescence and fluorescence assays.
- Uniform Optical Properties: Clear plates are ideal for spectrophotometric readings and imaging, providing consistent and accurate light transmission.
- Automation-Compatible: Easily integrated with high-throughput automated systems for liquid handling, washing, and analysis.
- Alphanumeric Coding: For easy and accurate well identification during experiments.
- Recommended working volume: of 50 to 100 μl
- Packaging: Each coated plate is packed in a single barrier bag with desiccant
- Unit: Contains 5 plates
- Minimum order: 10 plates.
- Ready to use
- Plates Design:
- The mould design provides optical quality, important to reduce the background signal.
- The rim protects the external face of the bottom from scratches
- Improved Washing Efficiency: Radius-edged well bottoms enhance washing, reducing residual materials and improving assay consistency.
- Reduced Cross-Contamination: Designed to minimize the risk of cross-contamination between wells, ensuring precise sample isolation.
- Enhanced Imaging: The flat surface provides a clear focal plane, essential for high-quality imaging in microscopy, especially for fluorescence and phase-contrast analysis.
- Improved Mixing: The flat-bottom design facilitates better sample mixing, ensuring consistent results across assays.
- ISO 9001 Certified: Produced under strict quality protocols.
- Certificate of Quality: All lots are tested for uniformity and reproducibility and a certificate is released for every lot.
- SBS Standards: Designed for compatibility with automated processing systems, ensuring ease of use in high-throughput labs.
Biomat Goat Anti-Human IgA Plates are offered in three formats to accommodate diverse laboratory needs:
- Goat Anti-Human IgA Plates 96-Well Breakable Strip Plates: Composed of 12 breakable strips of 8 wells, these plates allow easy customization by breaking and repositioning strips or single wells as required.
- Goat Anti-Human IgA Plates 96-Well Strip Plates: Designed with 12 strips of 8 wells on a rigid frame, preventing misorientation for consistent and accurate assays.
- Goat Anti-Human IgA Plates 96-Well Solid Plates: Solid format designed for high-performance assays.

The Goat Anti Human IgA plates are coated with goat antibodies Anti Human IgA α chain
Goat Anti-hIgA surface is developed to detect human IgA in biological fluids, such as plasma and sera, tissue lysate, cerebral spinal fluid, saliva, urine, cell culture supernatant.
An affinity purified goat anti human IgA specifically binds the Fc region of human IgA immunoglobulins , with minimal cross reaction to human IgG and IgM, mouse, bovine and rabbit serum proteins.
These plates may be used as solid support for sandwich ELISA assay utilizing a goat anti human IgA ( H+L ) detection antibody.
