Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Plates are specifically designed to bind the Fc region of mouse immunoglobulin subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3) with minimal cross-reactivity to human, bovine, and rabbit serum proteins. These plates are particularly useful for binding assays where antibody quantities are limited, or where antibodies may denature and lose activity when directly adsorbed to polystyrene surfaces.
The Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Coated Plates prevent antibody denaturation caused by direct adsorption on polystyrene, ensuring antibodies remain active. Unlike Protein A or G plates, they provide selective binding specifically to target mouse IgG, offering higher specificity. Additionally, these plates deliver enhanced antibody-binding capacity, especially when using diluted mouse antibody solutions, outperforming direct adsorption to polystyrene.
Secondary Antibodies Goat Anti Mouse IgG Coated Plates are pre-blocked in order to minimize any non-specific binding and to ensure long-term stability.
Goat Anti-Mouse IgG Plates are available in clear, white, and black polystyrene in Breakable Strip format. Strip and Solid format available upon request. They are suitable for ELISA, Luminescence, Fluorescence, and Chemiluminescent assays.

Goat Anti-Mouse IgG surface is specifically designed to bind the Fc region of mouse immunoglobulin subclasses (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b, IgG3) with high specificity. These plates offer minimal cross-reactivity with human, bovine, and rabbit serum proteins, making them an ideal choice for sandwich ELISA assays that uses goat anti-mouse IgG as the capture antibody and goat anti-mouse IgG (H+L)-HRP as conjugate.
