Poly-L-arginine Plates leverage their high density of cationic groups, enabling reactions through electrostatic and stereospecific bonds. The surface is modified using a synthetic molecule rich in α-amino, α-carboxyl, and guanidine groups, while preserving the optical properties of the polystyrene base. This allows the plates to serve as an effective tool for a range of biological assays. Key applications include interactions with serine proteases and maturation-promoting factors (MPFs), making them suitable for studies that require stable binding and specific molecular interactions.

Poly-L-arginine Coated Plates are pre-blocked in order to minimize any non-specific binding and to ensure long-term stability.

Poly-L-arginine Coated 96 Well Plates are available in clear, white, and black polystyrene in Breakable Strip, Strip and Solid format. They are suitable for ELISA, Luminescence, Fluorescence, and Chemiluminescent assays.
